But Democrats claim those making less than $400,000 will not be targeted by the new IRS agents.,The IRS reportedly did not respond to inquiries by Fox News or the National Review about its removal of the job posting.。    8月25日消息，过去几年多家PC厂商因为美国关税的缘故将生产基地外迁，主要流向了东南亚等国，然而现在他们又要回归中国制造了，成本优势是东南亚的工厂没法比的。    据Digitimes报道，随着大型笔记本品牌将大规模生产重新转移到中国大陆境内，泰国、越南的电脑生产将会遭到严重打击。     推动这一转变的原因主要是美国关税的调整，美国法院判定之前的关税违法之后，新的替代关税影响有限，但更重要的是东南亚的生产基地在发展多年之后依然不够成熟，制造成本高于中国工厂。

B |     这个成本差距达到了9美元，虽然听上去不多，但笔记本生产代工本身就是微薄利润，售价300美元的产品毛利率只有3-10%美元，因此9美元差不多就是全部利润了，搞不好还会赔本，东南亚的工厂生产是追不上中国制造的优势的。    调整产能分配涉及的主要厂商是惠普、华硕及宏基，影响的主要是代工大厂广达、英业达的泰国工厂，及仁宝、纬创的越南工厂，转回的主要方向则是国内的重庆、昆山。    戴尔、苹果及联想三家PC品牌的调整不大，他们要么是走高端市场，要么是美国官方的订单较多，不可能再往国内工厂下太多订单了。
