A |     जागरण संवाददाता, चंडीगढ़। केंद्रीय प्रशासनिक अधिकरण (कैट) चंडीगढ़ बेंच ने केंद्र सरकार की दलीलों को मानते हुए इंटेलिजेंस ब्यूरो (आईबी) के एक अधिकारी की ट्रांसफर रद करने की याचिका को खारिज कर दिया। ट्रिब्यूनल ने आदेश में कहा कि ट्रांसफर सरकारी सेवा का अभिन्न हिस्सा है।,चंडीगढ़ में तैनात रहे जूनियर इंटेलिजेंस अधिकारी निर्मल सिंह चौहान ने स्वास्थ्य समस्याओं और पारिवारिक परिस्थितियों का हवाला देते हुए श्रीनगर ट्रांसफर किए जाने पर रोक लगाने की मांग की थी। उन्हें इंटेलिजेंस ब्यूरो ने श्रीनगर, जम्मू-कश्मीर ट्रांसफर कर दिया था।,इस ट्रांसफर आर्डर को उन्होंने कैट में चुनौती दी थी। चौहान ने दलील दी कि उन्हें रीढ़ से जुड़ी गंभीर बीमारी लंबर कैनाल स्टेनोसिस और सर्वाइकल स्पॉन्डिलासिस है, जिसका इलाज पीजीआई चंडीगढ़ में चल रहा है। उनका कहना था कि श्रीनगर जैसी पहाड़ी जगह पर तैनाती उनके स्वास्थ्य के लिए घातक साबित होगी। उन्होंने यह भी बताया कि 2022 में पत्नी की मृत्यु के बाद वह अपने 21 और 22 वर्षीय दो बच्चों की अकेले देखभाल कर रहे हैं, ऐसे में ट्रांसफर से उन्हें असहनीय पारिवारिक कठिनाई होगी।,केंद्र सरकार और आईबी अधिकारियों की ओर से पेश हुए एडवोकेट संजय गोयल ने ट्रांसफर को वार्षिक सामान्य स्थानांतरण योजना का हिस्सा बताते हुए प्रशासनिक आवश्यकता बताया। उन्होंने यह भी दलील दी कि सितंबर 2024 में चंडीगढ़ के भीतर ही उनका आंतरिक ट्रांसफर किया गया था, लेकिन उन्होंने मेडिकल लीव लेकर उसे टाल दिया था।,उन्होंने कहा कि चौहान का पहली मंजिल पर घर है, जिसमें लिफ्ट नहीं है। वह सड़क पर चलते हैं और कार भी चलाते हैं। इसके अलावा वह अक्सर हिमाचल प्रदेश के अपने पैतृक गांव भी जाते रहते हैं जो खुद पहाड़ी क्षेत्र है और चंडीगढ़ से करीब 240 किलोमीटर है। ऐसे में उनकी स्वास्थ्य संबंधी दलीलें कमजोर हो जाती हैं। सभी पक्षों को सुनने के बाद ट्रिब्यूनल ने उनकी याचिका खारिज कर दी। ,ट्रिब्यूनल ने यह पाया कि चौहान ने 24 जनवरी को पीजीआई से फिटनेस सर्टिफिकेट लिया था, जिसमें उन्हें फिट फार ड्यूटी बताया गया है। साथ ही 2012 में आईबी में ज्वाइन करते समय उन्होंने आल इंडिया सर्विस लायबिलिटी स्वीकार की थी। 。    After showing growth over the weekend, Ranveer Singh and Aditya Dhar's Dhurandhar faced its first Monday test at the box office. As per early estimates by Sacnilk, the film earned around Rs 23 crore, which is around 46% less than the amount it minted on the day it released.          On its opening day, Dhurandhar earned Rs 28 crore, followed by Rs 32 crore and Rs 43 crore on Saturday and Sunday respectively. On Monday, December 8, it had an overall Hindi occupancy of 32.43%. The total collection in India now stands at around Rs 126 crore. The film entered the Rs 100 crore club on day 3 of its release.     Filmfare rated the film 3.5 out of 5 and said in its review, "At the centre of this world stands Ranveer Singh, playing the hard-edged agent who slips into the shadow world of sleeper operatives as a cross-border conspiracy erupts. It’s a performance of restraint, a departure from his flamboyant screen persona. This Ranveer is raw yet internalised, driven yet fraying. The role demands both physical ferocity and emotional weariness, and he delivers both with remarkable control. His silences speak as loudly as his action beats, grounding the film even when its narrative ambitions begin to overtake its focus."          Dhurandhar's sequel, the continuation of the story through a Part 2 feature, will be released in March next year.
